This is the first episode of a new five-part series on The Daily Coffee Pro by the Map It Forward Podcast, hosted by Lee Safar.

Today we have an announcement about the first phase of a 3 phase project presented by Map It Forward focused on Regenerative Ag for Coffee Producers and the wider coffee industry.

In this episode, Lee will talk about the project, how it came together, and all the things you need to know about this exciting movement.

Phase 1 is launching Oct 28, 29, and 30 when Map It Forward is proud to present the first of its kind, live online event titled "Introduction to Regenerative Coffee Farming".

This workshop will be broadcast live in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to help coffee producers (and the rest of us in the coffee industry) understand Regenerative Ag and how to implement it so that coffee farmers stand a chance at surviving these brutal weather conditions long into the future.

This live online presentation will be led by highly specialized and experienced Agronomists, coffee producers, and agricultural engineers who have worked transforming farms from conventional farming to regenerative farms and agroforestry around the world.

Tickets are $10 for coffee producers and $150 for everyone else. When you pay $150, you are purchasing one ticket for yourself and paying it forward to 14 coffee producers who don't quite have the funds to pay for their own tickets.

Not only does your ticket give you access to the workshop but it also gives you access to newly formed WhatsApp groups where people can continue exchanging information and ideas.

Each episode of the following series will be with a different trainer from the "Introduction to Regenerative Coffee Farming" happening in October.

This is awesome ! As an organic farmer since 1996. I love the new trajectory and regenerative interest taking place in coffee production worldwide. It’s the only way to move forward. Bravo !
