How to Fill/Patch Spoiler Holes

We are going over the steps to fill OEM spoiler holes for a 2020 Mustang EcoBoost with the intent of installing an aftermarket spoiler. The steps will also include painting the trunk to match the OEM paint.

Important: Rattle can paint is very difficult if not impossible to obtain 100% match as there are just too many variables, especially regarding metallic colors.

Could it be done with normal filler or does it have to be the glass filler?
