If you are reading an english book for the first time i recomend «they both die in the end» it is easy to read and very good! It was the first english book i read, and worked for me😊😊

You can also read Its ends with us by Collen Hoover. It was my first english book. I recomend that if you have level b1

my relative tried reading Charlottes Web but barely made it to the first paragraph. If you are beginning to read English, and want something easy, read a C level in a guided reading book. If you read those over and over again, they will “train your brain” to advance to a higher level. Just like lifting weights or something like that.

The Old Man and the Sea may have too many nautical and fishing terms for non native speakers. It also has little human interaction as most of the story is about the old man alone in his skiff trying to catch a marlin.

I recommend reading "Critique of Pure Reason" by Immanuel Kant.

Harry Potter ! A little bit hard to start, especially the 1rst chapter but you will cath up with JK Rowling british style and will love it if you already like the HP saga ;)
