Is LEGO Bumblebee A PASS?

LEGO Bumblebee (10338) just dropped on July 1st, 2024 and there are some really cool things about the set but also some concerns. Let's take a closer look at this $90 LEGO transformer and see if this is something you should buy or pass on for your collection.

I think it’s rly good from the front, the car works for what it is, my only problem is the back looks messy and the shoulders are too unuposeable

I saw this in korea a few weeks ago, wanted to get it but a slight problem like the masterpiece bumblebee figure…

The shoulders and vehicle mode put it off. I won’t mind a sophisticated but solid transformation without partsforming.

As much as i love this set i also hate it because it doesnt corperate for both sides that much its clearly more for lego fans than transformers fans and i wish the guy who designed optimus also designed bumblebee I really am not a fan of the parts forming and especially a lack of clearance in some parts to transform into a barely articulated statue

I loved it! I can appreciate the challenges the designer faced and take that into account. I will buy another, on sale, to have each mode.
