Meeting the Adoring Fan in Starfield - ESO Danny Reacts

Starfield direct: ESO Danny reacts to the new starfield gameplay showcasing the new character creation traits one of which lets you meet the adoring fan in Starfield. He will also be a new follower and crew member. Originally the adoring fan was a character from the elder scrolls Oblivion who would follow you around after you had finished the fighters guild questline in TES Oblivion.
