Learning to Sim: Make Millions of Simoleons Selling Real Estate! | The Sims Freeplay

In the first episode of my series for new Sims Freeplay simmers, I share my top tips for making millions of simoleons quickly, building up your town and filling your inventory with lots of rare and limited furniture, when you're starting out with nothing!

In Learning to Sim I have started a brand new game to test out these tips and tricks.

None of these tips will require difficult glitches or risky cheats and hacks, so they shouldn't stop working any time soon!

The Japanese Retreat is actually part of some additional content that you will be able to download after you reach lvl 7. The additional content is necessary to progress past lvl 11, so if you choose not to download it when it first appears you will have another opportunity at lvl 11.

Levelling up at this early part of the game is very quick and easy. Cooking will give you loads of XP. Just fill the cooking hobby grid a few times, and you'll be at lvl 7 in no time!

Hi, when your starting the game, it should say increase your house size, for free. I recommend making the biggest bathroom possible then selling it, and you will get 6, 000+. Hope this helped, just so you can get the japanese retreat easier and faster.

Thank you so much! I started my game over a few weeks ago because I really missed out on a lot of stuff in my original game, not knowing how to play right. I was constantly crunched for money which seriously stressed me out. Seeing this 3 days ago, I immediately started over - and I already have almost 2 mil simoleons! I'm going to go ahead and stock up a nice amount of money before I move on with building home lots. I'm going to get the goods of one or two architect homes as well. i'd say the snow chalet would get you more bang for your buck, as selling all the contents from the house and removing the rooms would earn you 500, 000 simoleons, and with its price only around 130, 000 (4hr build time, the price depends on how many properties you have), getting to a million is much easier.

Another tip is when you earn a one time free floor from a quest, on an empty plot make a room the size of the entire plot and put the floor in it. Then once you delete it you get a of money! This is how I had over 200k at just level 11.

When I bought this property the Japanese one I had 103, 768 and i bought it for 54, 000 and ended up with after selling everything I now have 119, 128 so thank you so much x

Thank you so much! I ended up having to sell alot of the furniture in my main/favorite house that I put all my money into. And every other homes have just the necessities. This trick will steady the balance of luxury in all of the homes and bring back a great flow of money to all, giving each of my sims top of the line mansions, customized for their personal style.
