Modern high heels were inspired by the shoes that they used for horseback riding back in the day. The heel made it easier to control. And something about archery too. Idk im not an expert.

This is true. My mother brought some with her when she immigrated to the US in the 1950s. They had two elevators on each sandal.

Also can i get your opinion on something.

I have been falling over a lot recently which in one of my most recent ones i hit my head and apparently passed out for a few seconds. It mainly happens down ramps or stairs but will happen anywhere and the main weakness is in my ankles. I have had this for atleast 4 years and has gotten worse. I have had a bone chip in one of my ankles as a result of my fall before. My grandad has also got falling problems and has broken his hip multiple times as a result. I have also gone to 2 physios who say that i am clumsy or that my ankles are weak. My mum whose dad had the falling problems also has a problem with her arches and achilles tendon of which i also have a slightly fallen arch. Could you give me any advice on what it could be or how to help?
