TD 11 - Uniform Transit police hides behind a door (Peekaboo I See You)

Transit District 11 uniform officers hide behind a door and wait to catch someone asking for a swipe. These officers spend close to an hour behind the door. They did not want to come out while I was standing there. They know that I was waiting so I could catch them coming out. I was distracted for a few seconds when I help a mother carry a shopping cart up the stairs. You are going to witness in this video how police took that opportunity to try to sneak out the room, but I kind of knew they would try to sneak out the room when my back was turn, so I rushed down the stairs and caught three male officers coming out from behind the door.

Uniform police job is take make themselves visible to the public so it could deter crime. These officers was not following proper procedures.
