Hello I have tried to find reviews on this controller, I have a Pentek PID 50, the first one lasted 5 years, loved it lower power use, consistence water pressure, but the replacement one just died in 1 year, its being inspected by Pentair for warranty. It was installed by a good well service company in Las Vegas and at the time the original one was installed we had a new power service installed and the pump as well was replaced. I was wondering if you had many problems like this.

Why did my pressure started to fluctuate after opening the irrigation system? Shut off the sprinkler system and i still keep getting low pressure once or twice a day. Any ideas?

I've gotten the same fault - cannot start motor! 3 times since installation a couple weeks ago. Basically, it works for a bit, then fails. The pump was replaced, it wash run until the water was clear (72 hours or so), then got the same fault again...

Continuing to get Ground Fault error and pump stops? Any idea?

Hi RC, Have you ever scoped(oscilloscope) the power lines to see how much electrical switching noise is coming back onto the mains line and into the breaker panel and distributed throughout the house. Unless they have a very good RFI/EMF filter on these units or for that matter any of these VFD units by any manufacturer, then there is gong to be lots of dirty electrical noise feeding back into the mains. I'm interested in one of these but I'm skeptical about the noise problem and I've been designing electronics for decades. Thanks.
