Hey Max got the Samsung One UI here in Germany finally on last Monday 19 Nov (the European version) pretty slick, and quite similar to the US version minus the Snapdragon Chip though. Running the beta test version on my non-rooted S9 Plus. PSmitty

Samsung's fantastic app One Hand Operation + allows you to access "quick access to previous app" (and a wide range of other controls) however you like swiping in from either side, long, short, horizontal, diagonal up and diagonal down. This gives me the best gesture control ui navigation I've seen so far on android. If it works on this One UI Beta 2 (which I don't know) it would give you the best of both worlds.

I registered my Galaxy S9+ Microsoft Edition and this One UI is very nice. I wish I had purchased a Note 9 but I love my galaxy even more. Mind you this is coming from a windows phone user.

The thing it says about glance screen/lock screen config and floating keyboard is in Samsung android 8.0 latest version already.

Just fyi, u can check fingerprints from previous OS. its like when you open the setting to fingerprint, then place your finger in the sensor, the text will be bold.
