I wish all those beauty centres would be more honest about their devices. I did HIFU, FOTONA and Radio Frequency treatments and now my skin looks worse than before. FOTONA has also smooth eyes function and honestly my eyes never looked so hollow. It seems as if all these devices have one goal, which ist to make you pay more for the damage they have caused. Right after the treatment and for the first two months you look great, but then....the sag sets in.
I have seen a YouTube post from skin expert Dr. Rajani (unfortunately too late ) and he does not recommend heat treatments. The main problem with heat is that it damages our fat layers and connective tissue. Fat is what makes you look younger. So in the end you wind up with artificial fillers all over the place because your sagging skin has lost all of its fat....

Have had RF Microneedling done by my dermatologist several times on my neck and face with stellar results. She erased neck bands completely. If you are getting treatments done that are supposed to be performed by a doctor, don't be surprised by bad results.

I tried from FOTONA the GREEN TONING treatment yesterday’s … I found it a bit painful.😖 and the settings was at their minimum apparently. This morning I look a bit better.. but still not sure.

I think RF micro needling very much depends on the practitioner who’s doing it.
I’ve never heard of anyone getting broken capillaries from RF micro needling. It was definitely a fault on part of the practitioner.
