What’s the BEST HARRY POTTER MOVIE?! 😮

The actual reasoning here is because Professor McGonagall watched the Dursley’s all day before Dumbledore dropped him off and said “do we really have to leave him here, they’re terrible”…. canonically, no.. they were just evil monsters

They say in the books that's the dursleys were bad people before Harry moved in to their house. They also say that horcruxes doesn't affect muggles. That's probably why Ron (pureblood) gets angrier than harry (halfblood) and Hermione (muggleborn)

Ginny wasn’t turned evil by the horcrux. She was possessed and/or persuaded to do so by Tom Riddle. He himself said in the second book/movie “I can be very.. persuasive.”

In book #1, it said that the Dursleys were nasty even _before_ Harry came along.

By that logic maybe Nagini made Voldemort evil.

Then why harry’s best friends didn’t turn nasty after spending most of the year with him?

It doesn’t make sense because in the books Professor McGonagle was watching the Dursley’s all day and she told Albus Dumbledore that they were horrible and something like that so it’s not really Harry’s fault.

If this theory was true Harry as a horcrux would have affected Ron and Hermione to. Also the real reason the Dursley’s hated Harry was because he was a wizard and they were scared of magic 🪄

If that were the case, then it would've affected Hermione and Ron too.

Firstly If you read the books you'll realize that the Durselys hated the potters since the starting and the day harry was born . Furthermore if the horcrux was a case then ron and Hermione would be ill-mannered towards harry too . And a horcrux cannot turn an ill effect towards muggle people at all. Lastly Harry cannot even be considered as a literal horcrux . It was more likely the case of a scarcrux

Dursleys were actually in that precise way even before Harry jumped into their life, this is a matter of fact by books. But it could have been like that if Rowling didn’t tell anything about their behaviour before the story starts, good theory.

In the books, it's mentioned that in order for a horcrux to affect you, you gotta be EMOTIONALLY close to it. Seeing as the Dursleys weren't, I don't think this theory adds up. They were just resentful towards harry

They weren't just nasty to Harry, Dumbledore confronted the Durslys about abusing both Harry and Dudley. They were just as abusive to Dudley because they spoiled him, and never told him no. In fact I would argue that Dudley's abuse was far worse because it turned him into a bully. And Dudley's dad used to encourage Dudley to hit people with his stick from his fancy new school uniform. So the Dudlys were also responsible indirectly for all Dudley's victims too. Harry stood up to bullies at Hogwarts, and the death eaters. Harry was also disappointed in his father and felt sorry for Snape when he witnessed the bullying through Snape's memories. So Harry's abuse by the Dudleys really built his character for the bettertrrment of others.

You could also argue that a bit of his mother's self sacrificing magic lived inside Harry from the very spell that also made Harry a horcrux too, and protected him from Voldemort's evil.

No it doesn't because Harry diddnt effect anyone else in his life like this.... His mums love clearly puts a blocker on the horcrux making it a more dormant part of him. As apposed to negatively effecting those around him

Nah, Petunia bullied Lily since they were children, & she TRIED to bully Snape. But he set her ass straight🤣. Plus professor McGonagall said they were the "WORST SORT OF MUGGLES ".

If this was true, every single one of Harry’s friends would be the same way, but they aren’t
