Public Access-Television GrindHouse

My goal with the first GrindHouse film was to emulate the feeling of uneasiness when channel surfing and stumbling upon a strange show on TV. I want to eventually create a string of films that inhabit that peculiar space on Public Access TV, and delve into the strange world of Locally Broadcasted programs.
