Short visit to Redlands, CA

We visited Redlands, CA, before we went on vacation. I had to support a project for a week, and we saw the city once after work.

It was pleasant to walk in the historic Redlands area. Our favorite spot is the Orange Street Alley. The restaurant's outdoor seating, the posters, the umbrellas, and the various murals are very welcoming.

We stayed close to the logistics facilities where I had to work, and we couldn't get enough of the palm tree-lined roads in that region. We love these palm trees. ❤️ 🌴

I'm confident we wouldn't pick Redlands, CA, when choosing a travel destination for a vacation. However, it's a lovely small city, and we liked it very much. I'm glad that we visited this city.

My old town. I lived a stone's throw away from Redlands Bowl I got caught up in the drug crowd there and messed my life up for a lot of years. Now after losing my wife my career and my health. I am sober and sit at a computer most days. thinking about the regrets I have. Living in Redlands was good until I f'd up. There is a seedy side to every town. Don't fool yourself.
