I thank these cars, the '70 and '71 Torino Gts, for igniting my passion for classics as a teenager about 6 years ago, I always appreciated classics but once I saw a '71 Calypso Coral 4 speed GT in a local junkyard I was sold. A couple years later someone pulled it out and saved it, I think its being restored right now. To me these are the sharpest muscle cars of the era, and I love all of them. I have my stock '66 V8 F100 I did a mechanical restoration on, but I want something fast and sharp; its gotta have a 4 speed. I'm always looking for one of these to fix up, maybe one day. This is a particularly stunning example; beautiful.

Mine is an N code GT 429 thunder jet Engine,  Morning Gold paint with the Laser stripe, hideaway headlights,  The built in hood scoop, not the shaker. and No AC or  rear window louvre slats. this is a beauty.

THAT is a nice car! Medium light gold. I had a 71 2dr hard top Torino 500 with factory A/C. 351C 2V. I grew up in that car. Same ginger interior. So much wish I would have kept it.

Must be something with that color.My friend has one just like this one that was a ford show car that had every option available in 71, M code automatic.I have one that was ordered in same color as well and with every option but rear louvers and rear defogger and also M code automatic.

With The Shaker Hood, Hideaways, Louvers, Ribbon Tach, Console Shift, AC, All the hard to find Goodies For $1500 in 1977....Only Mine was Grabber Green Metallic ...I could Shoot my self for parting with that This one Looks Pretty Darn Straight....I Love the Laser Stripe on thees Cars !!
