Wow. I am so frequently disappointed with Keto desserts. But this one is FANTASTIC. I'm thrilled to have found you! Can't wait to try more recipes. Thanks for sharing all your hard work!

Thanks for the recipe, made this tonight and it was quite good, but a bit heavy on cinnamon. I note the printed recipe calls for half the cinnamon. Unless you REALLY like cinnamon I'd go with the printed recipe! Also, we didn't have beef gelatin so I substituted 2 packets of knox gelatin (roughly 2 tbsp volume, maybe a little less). Next time I think I'll add another packet of knox gelatin as it seemed like it could have firmed up more.
