@5:25 Thanks Mike for saying it! *"You can't partially deploy a firewall..."* People need to stop telling Senior Leadership that Infrastructure can be managed with Agile like their dev environments. I am getting so tired of hearing this now, as a 20-year IT Manager\IT Infrastructure Project Manager.
I think a lot of people are trying to convince their senior management that working in parallel, multi-talking, and breaking out sub-projects that can be run at the same time is someone Agile when none of it is "iterative" in any way.
You are not plugging that firewall in until you have a switch to plug it to, and not until you have a network to attach it to, and not until you have a circuit provisioned and online...

No is the answer, meeting after meeting talking about how your still delivering the same thing. Agile makes zero sense what so ever for infrastructure
