Keith from Grief is such an amazing character in Human Resources that I just wanted to show a couple clips with him (more will come out)

He's such an amazing character and he made me come to terms as well with such things honestly. I really just love physical embodiments of emotions and feelings in this show so it can make sense to people, including me.

Show: Human Resources

Honestly, grief being a ugly looking sweater makes allot of sense. It’s not something you want to wear and something you try to ignore but when you decide to put it on some things for some reason feel like it makes more sense, not easy, just more sense

I like how at first he’s seen as negative but it’s actually what He needed. One thing about this show I like is how they portray all the emotions.

One thing We can’t run from is Grief.
Every time we try— It gets worse.
Every time we confront it— we realize, it may sting, it may hurt, but you’ll get better.

So grief is a sweater? How about that.

That's really a good line they added in there

"It's not a good idea to ignore me"

Logic is trying to keep Keith from taking time for himself, which sounds like the logically thing to do when you have someone ailing living with you. You should all be focused on them. But the longer you ignore grief or letting yourself not take the time to just process what's going on, it just gets worse and worse

Logic is trying to block grief, that's clever.

It's impressive that that's exactly how grief works. It's there to help, but people always try to ignore it, and then it starts to turn ugly.

I really wish more of the episodes were like this one, actually dealing with human concepts instead of the constant L£wd jokes over and over

Ngl Keith has been stuck in my head since I saw this episode, from his design, purpose and his voice is just so goddamn good and fitting. I think the concept of Human Resources has way more potential than Big Mouth does and when they take a moment to put all the haha funny penis poop jokes on hold, they can actually make something pretty good.

I got the feeling I would see him when one of my parents died, because he came to me when my grandma died

It really isn’t. I learned the hard way that ignoring the pain caused by my foster grandfather’s death only hurt me more. I tried to see his death as inevitable cause everything that lives eventually dies. My repressed emotions caused me to kill myself 3 times (or at least try too) before my foster parents finally had enough and forced me to go to therapy. This man wasn’t even my real grandfather and I still felt pain beyond belief when he died. Take it from someone who went through the stages of grief themselves. Please allow yourself to feel the pain. It’s far better to process the emotions and recover than to repress them.
