Inflation rate hits new 40-year high as Fed considers interest rate hike

Thinking the issues we are having are because of greed. Greed in the housing crisis, greed in the gas prices which cause food prices to increase. If we only receive 3 % of our crude oil from Russia how have our gas prices become so expensive? Pure greed.

OK, , everything moves by diesel power. Double the diesel cost double the price of food & goods. Be it Cargo ship, Trains, Millions of Tractor trailers its all diesel powered. Its not greed just basic economics. Joe cancelled the Alaskan Exxon, Mobil.Shell oil land leases & suspended the offshore oil rig permits. Luk oil is still pumping Alaskan oil. Luk oil is Russian.

Don't freak out. Things will eventually get better. A lot of people panicked in 2007/2008 and had they let their investments and 401k alone it would have been worth a lot more today. Don't freak out. Just be smart. And most importantly don't pay above MSRP for any new car. Educate yourself before buying.🤓 And the greedy will feel the pain.🙏👍

Why not also point out that: A - Inflation is a worldwide problem, and the U.S. rate is middling compared to about half of the rest of the world...and B - Corporate profits are at a (I believe the figures show) 50 year high?
