Several months ago I had a red pixel on the screen of my Asus VG278 monitor. Drove me nuts because the monitor wasn't that old. Anyway, all I did that fixed it was to do a factory reset on the monitor. That's it and it worked for me. It's been fine ever since. Maybe that will work for someone else.

Mine had a stuck pixel on a 21:9 screen...not noticable unless the screen turns black or blue lol...red barely, magenta barely. It's off to the side and I found out all this time it was in my eyes natural blind spot. I only noticed it recently when I went to choose a setting in the game that had a back blackground and I moved my head to it lol.

Same issue had 1 or 2 dead pixel the monitor was 1-2 weeks old but cant do warranty in needs to be like 10 dead pixel

I got the same exact monitor for my birthday a few days ago, it had a dead pixel. Writing this on the new one after waiting for it what would you know, it has two dead pixels.

seems to be alot of complains on this, im considering cancelling my order is there another ips monitor in the same pricerange that you recommend?

Same issue with two LGs I just purchased.

There is a fluffy of bad reviews for MSI monitors, so many people experiencing dead pixels in the centre of the screen. One guy had 3 replacements, ALL THREE had multiple dead pixels in the middle. MSI are fantastic for other PC components, but monitors... avoid at all costs!!!

i bought a Lenovo legion laptop and after 3 months i realized it has dead pixels and i dont know what to do, its on warranty and they can fix it but ill be 2 weeks withouth laptop and i searched on google that they cant be fixed. cant they? i have little tiny black dots. sometimes are white
