fit transform fit_transform | difference in fit and transform | sklearn | scikit learn

Hi, welcome to another video
In this video i tried clearing your doubts regarding fit transform and fit_transform which is bit confusing specially when you are starting with machine learning .
you can understand them by the help of this video I tried making this video as short and as informative as possible. I used simple example of SimpleImputer or Imputer which is widely used to fill NaN values.

You are taking the mean of first column which is fitting the first column and transforming it on the second column which doesn’t make sense .
As the mean for the second column will be different.
