HOW TO PRACTICE:
• Find a quiet and comfortable place where no one will bother you.
• Take a comfortable position of your body (the most important is that the backbone is straight)
• Place your hands inner side up on your knees
• Close your eyes and calm thoughts.
• Breathe deeply and relax your body
• Start humming a mantra slowly according to track

WOW, I did another meditation on throat and heart chakras. Finally I prefer this one, the sound is purer 🤩🤩🤩 the rythmn is like waves in the sea which come for caressing and rocking you 〰️🌊❤️
