thanks for your video. but there is a problem, the robbins says that CML is normal in differentiation of bone marrow progenitors, because BCR-ABL does not interfere with it.

I have one doubt as in myelofibrosis suggest that increase in LAP score ( instead pancytopenia).what the reason behind it bro?

The question is wrong....LAP score is low in Chronic phase but in accelerated phase and Blast crisis LAP is high....idk what TRAP is but if that's not the answer then the question is wrong.
