Appreciate your comment. Please catch the larger point of what we are trying to express and that is not to include too many details in the minutes. Happy Meetings!!!

Maybe a different way to think about it is that everyone in the meeting should be a timekeeper. All members of a meeting should be supporting one another to have a successful meeting that begins and ends on time. One way that boards waste time is that they spend too much time on dealing with minutes at the beginning of a meeting. This ultimately takes away from business. Happy Meetings!

You mean they're "minutes" not "hours",    you said  "seconds", , ??

So disagree.  We very much care about the treasurer's report and we want an accurate recording of the meeting.
