I would have much more appreciated it if you had talked about sustainability and ethics. What are these new harvesting methods? Are they harmful to the bees? Coming from Tanzania it's not certainly a zero km product, but is it at least fair trade? The fact that you didn't mention any of this makes me think all the answers would be negative.
