Bane isn’t Mexican in the comics. His father is British and his mother is from the Caribbean. He was born in a fictional island called Santa Prisca in the Caribbean Sea.

But Bane isn't Mexican in the comics. He was born on a fictional island nation that initially wasn't given a geographic placement. The island had a Saints name which implied Spanish colonization but that includes about 1/3 of the planet. Later on they gave Santa Prisca a location in the Caribbean. Still not Mexican.
