How To Create a BEAUTIFUL Romantic Vintage Top From a Plain White Shirt

Plain white tops are so abundant at the thrift stores that I shop at, and they are wonderful blank canvases for unique and beautiful upcycling projects. In this tutorial we will create a vintage style blouse with so many lovely details. Techniques covered in this diy: adding ruffles from vintage needle work linens, adding inserts to sleeves, lace embellishments, tea staining and more! Enjoy!
