Got one today, plugged it into PC, it lit up fine but couldn't get any audio in either direction neither input or the monitor headphone output. Tried reinstalling drivers, restarting PC, setting to default device, different usb ports, trying it on a different device (laptop) etc. Nothing worked.

I’ve seen a couple people with this problem and don’t understand. So today when I got on I was playing with my friends and they said my mic sounded really bad so I recorded myself speaking and it sounded horrible. I went into settings and the name of the mic had changed to advanced usb (something else) and I was really confused. I managed to find a video on how to fix it but I don’t understand why the name changed and then the quality sounded really bad. (Btw this is the black version)

I bought this mic and it was fine for a few months and then it malfunctioned and i unpluged it and plugged it and it worked but know it doesnt work at all and i tried all the troubleshooting soloutions
