The only spice that bald judge can handle is pumpkin spice.

Wow he pronounced Japanese Ramen and Korean Ramyeon differently. I cannot believe that just happened. Props to this dude. He actually studied it.

Joe finally experienced flavor and he doesn’t like it

i still can’t believe joe lasted more than a few episodes. frankly i’m surprised they even hired him in the first place, he’s not even a chef, he’s just an italian guy who owns a couple restaurants and a wine company.

Took me awhile to realise this channel is owned by the same cook in this video.

His pronunciation of Ramyun was spot on

Korean ramen is traditionally really spicy. You did a good job getting that part traditionally correct. I am not an expert but I did go to Korea for 16 months.

He even said Ramen like a Korean person. Passes the vibe check on that alone

Joe was such an awful judge. His qualifications were "I'm Italian and I own a couple wine businesses." Hypercritcal all the time(somehow worse than Gordon) and just mean. At least Gordon provides some constructive criticism to the chefs. Joe was just always like, "It's too boring, " or "it's not that good." And never, here is why it's bad and here is what you could do to improve. Shameful on his part.

The fact that he said "Ramyeon" instead of "Ramen" is already enough for any Korean to love him
