To get rid of the stuff above the climbing wall you just shoot on the side near the wall it will burn the cloth and then everything else

The crates above the climbing wall you have to shoot 2-3 times with fire arrows for it to burn

I swear, this game likes to establish some very strict rules about how puzzles are solved and how physics work, only to pull it all away at random just to confuse the player.

You have to fire a flaming arrow at the cloth. It'll destroy the wall. I had to fire several arrows before it worked though

Before you jump onto the rock wall, make sure you use a fire arrow to burn the crates facing directly in front of you, or else you will not be able to climb up the wall. Did not see a creative way back down, so I just climbed back down the rock wall then jumped off.
