4000 dollars for secondary timing chain tensioner replacement are you insane? only cost me £180 for parts including gaskets and 6 hours labour in my own time. I need to be a jaguar mechanic 😂😂

Get rid of the air suspension and put in StrutMaster. No way that headliner should have cost that much money.

Possible prices if done via dealer as those genuine parts are classified as Classic which are super ridiculously expensive but at least being available. But not all parts available. Get the works done by an experienced mechanic shop would be ok and way cheaper.

v-12 motor 9 ltr or 6 cylinder which one is this and you have leather trim

$1500 for a headliner!! We pay around $250 in 🇬🇧 and no more than around $700 to get it done professionally!

Let me put this into perspective for you guys the radiator on that car runs at about $1, 300 for just the part the suspension on that thing at a shop in California that specializes in Jaguars will run you about three to four thousand for the front suspension the bilsteins the control arms the tie rods Etc

All that money? It may be alot BUT if its in great shape then amazing you can pull up amongst a bunch of new XFs and almost guarantee that the XJR would get the attention. Gotta keep these old beauts on the road
