GTA SA Mouse Fix and Compatibility fix for Windows 7

For people having problems where there is no compatibility option its because some gta exe dont have that option if you find gta sa hoodlum exe using google that 1 always has the compatibilty options

Open Task Manager / Kill Programs called iPoint.exe and iType.exe
Open GTA SA Properties / Set Compatibility Mode to Windows 98 / ME
Set Run As Admin.
Enable Frame Limiter in Advanced Game options.
If you still have problems : Pause Game, ALT-TAB to Windows
Start Task Manager, Right Click GTA-SA.exe and Choose "Set Affinity"
Select the LAST Proccessor in the list. Press OK and ALT TAB back into the game.
You shouldn't need the last step but if yu do you will need to repeat it every time.

Right click and select properties on the shortcut. there should be a compatibility tab.
What version of windows are you running?

Every time I do that I only get 3 options, you get 5. There's no way I can even get to the ability to change the compatibility mode. I'm running Windows 8 Pro.
