I love that you started this with a scene of the Dutch lego masters. That guy is named Ruben and he is a really funny known Dutch person and always does that kind of stuff in lego masters.

Shows why Lego is so great. Someone makes a mistake, so instead of firing him they make working conditions better so the mistake can't happen again.

Their customer service is just as nice. They apologise for delays, fix mistakes on orders really quickly and try and are just so pleasant if you tell them there's a problem with the set.

Lego is just an amazing company. Not only do they believe you if you say your piece is broken but instead of firing an employee for making a mistake they just said “yup, we could have prevented this”

As an employee at Lego, I do have to say they take good care of us. This is probably one of the most caring companies I have ever worked at.

I actually remember a weird star wars set like that at the time, I never really gave the situation a second thought, and it was only a minor inconvenience to me, but good on lego for fixing it as thoroughly as they did and not firing that dude
