Transformers EarthSpark Ep 16 deleted scenes: Prison Blues

Deleted scenes from episode 16: Warzone! Initially, Starscream organized Shockwave's release using the cryotube's remote. These scenes were cut for time fairly early on. While they were a lot of fun, they took up a fair amount of screentime and distracted from the main thrust of the episode. So, while I'm sad I didn't get to see my boards of my fave murder-jet make it to screen, I have to agree that the cut was, ultimately, the right decision.

The first sequence here takes place after Megatron puts a stop to the kid's game of pass the Allspark, which was boarded by Marvin Madrid. You can catch his drawing fading out at the beginning. The second sequence takes place after Thrash leaves the group to brood.

As usual, we didn't have the voice recordings during the storyboard phase. But, they did come in during the rough animatic phase! So, you all can thank our animatic editor, Jeff Newman, for the dulcet tones of emergency sirens and Steve Blum!

It's Soundwave saying "yay" in such a unamused voice that does it for me. And Ravage nuzzling his face. Soo cute!

This would've been a funny little scene with starscream being himself for a moment and ravage being best cat

This version of ravage gives me shattered glass ravage vibes with ravage dancing around and all around being a general goof ball

This scene should have never been deleted. Without it Soundwave letting Ravage loose into GHOST came off as an unresolved plot point.

This scene shouldn't have been deleted. It would have shown us what happened to Ravage after Soundwave deployed him to scout. As it is, we haven't seen him since and know nothing about what happened

And it also would have shown us how Shockwave escaped instead of him just randomly reactivating

OH MY GOSH, I saw so many people wondering where Ravage went and this finally explains it! I would’ve loved to see this in the final episode.
