Yes, there will be additional air defense systems and aid but Kirby sent the wrong message with his statement that nothing has changed to the limitations. This whole thing remembers the scandal in Germany years ago when it came out that the German military in Afghanistan was not allowed to shoot back at the attacking Taliban the moment they turned their backs and retreated. If we continue imposing all these stupid rules on ourselves, we will never stop this.
