I appreciate the Federalist Society for advancing exchange of ideas. I still believe Vermeule's ideas can be advanced via all the elected officials in the system. Vermeule is not saying judges should decide all questions regarding the common good. If Federalist Society members believe he does, then, they're not truly understanding his view. He actually makes it clear legislatures and executive agencies should be the ones that advance the common good, or in Vermeule's view, "Common Good Constituionalism."
