This is one of the better reviews I’ve seen on any litter box. Nobody ever shows that there is still going to be manual clean up to do . I would have liked to see a whole unit cleaning done after 2-4 weeks of continuous use .

Great review! One of the things holding me back with this design is your con around the bags. The bags seem really expensive and proprietary. Were you able to figure out how to get the bags to last longer than 3 days? Snowy claims they should last 1-2 weeks.
Also, around how large in weight are your three cats? I'm curious to compare that to mine.

The usable litter bed area of the Snow+ litter globe/pan is 11 inches front to back, 15 inches side to side (165 square inches). That's small. Really small and it an enclosed space so it must feel even smaller.
In addition you can no longer use magnets to make it function without the top in place — that was the feature I purchased it for. I knew if I left the top off there was a possibility that my cats who avoid enclosed litter boxes would adopt this one. Unfortunately, the globe is much too small, after nearly 3 weeks only the smallest 7.6 pound female uses a $600 machine. (No wonder they're giving $100 discounts!)

It's hard to tell without seeing one in person, but I'm wondering if the high entrance might be a bit of a problem for cats that are less mobile, maybe older cats, or the ones with a missing leg would struggle a bit to get in.

Honestly this is the best litter box, minus no light make the cats afraid to go inside, 6 months now my cats never use this litter box.

I'm interested in getting this, but one of my cats is a huge flinger of litter. How easy is it to clean under the ball? Seeing how it is designed and works I'm worried that any litter that gets under there will get into the gears that make the ball roll and break it.

Not worth getting the liner doesn't have a perfect seal when he removed the liner and re installed you can see the gaps so when cats pee and hits the wall it will run down side under the liner
