Do we take away that most telco Operators have been highly inefficient in operating its traditional On-prem Server(s) that it had that great/significant an impact (savings) when they "adopt the Cloud and Automation"? Is that due to an excess server's capacity (Really? How much can that be, when it is actually a "sunk hardware cost")? Or it's the maintenance and support costs have been extravagant? Quite unthinkable.
