Hi! I was on STEM-OPT and recently got my H1 B approved from company 1 (full time job) and company 2 (part time) will apply for my concurrent next year in march! Can I continue to work for company 2 for the time being or should i leave the job?

In your opinion is it easier to get approval for part time second H1b?
Also, is there any negative consequence in case of denial for concurrent H1b on the main H1B approval in future visa interviews etc?

Ideology is that it is difficult to convince the government that a person could work 80 hours a week. So I have seen some forums that part time concurrent H1b is easy to get approval.

Hi Pragnya, i have a query.

I got selected in h1b lotter for FY23-24 and i got a job offer from texas same company which i am working in india now. Is that means i can fill petition with that job offer?

Can we file petition after june also incase if i get any other offer?

Hi...This is not relevant to the vidio.Could you please let me know how can I do a degree conferral to get the Californiaz licence ( for a medical profession) to submit with the H1b petition. I'm from Sri Lanka.

Hi Mishra,
Will it be an issue having gap between education and employment for H1B process i'm having 2.8 years gap after my education I did my graduation in EEE Stream.
Currently having 4yrs exp in IT. Will they ask any document or something regarding the gap.
