I've watched this multiple times and knowing it so well now I can focus on the reactions of the other guests on the couch. In just a few minutes he absolutely charms and wins them over with his honesty, charm and sweet self-deprecation. An amazing person, in talent and character.

Having seen this guy perform live (when he opened for Bastille) I can tell you that he is like this 100% of the time! Most people there had no idea who he was since it was before he REALLY blew up but I've never seen any opening act catch an audience like that, and I've been to a fuck ton of concerts. It was like watching stand up and then suddenly he started singing. Wow. Caught me completely off guard. I think everyone in that room felt like we were watching history being written. Incredible guy
