For anyone using Streamlabs, go to the cogwheel at the top right, and then scene collections. It's currently in beta though.

I didn't see where I could import my saved videos in order to splice together and edit out parts I don't want and speed up areas that are a bit boring but need to be seen. Did I miss this?
