We took to the Peak District recently to help raise awareness of the benefits of the outdoors on your mental health, by asking you first hand how it has helped you.

Mental health doesn't discriminate. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in their lifetime which is why we want to encourage everyone to get 'Hats On' and outdoors for Mind, the mental health charity #HatsOnForMind.
