Very great commentary and analysis! I've been subbed to SWTOR non-stop since launch (by no means am I a 'Whale') and occasionally check on the other SWTOR 'influencers' YT channels from time to time. I give my take on things (either on the official forums or on the YT channels) every now and then from the sidelines - some honest remarks and some witty.
What was sort of disheartening for me was when 'they' asked for feedback recently on how the Cartel Market could be improved....wut?!?

If they stop listening to their customers they won't have any.

Someone important replies to a thread or makes a thread, the players feel like they're being listened to, but nothing ever really changes. All it shows is that they know how to get players to shut up. SWTOR players are so desperate for a Star Wars game that they'll take almost any abuse and keep dishing out money.
