For those that didn't noticed there is a curiosity about Salamangreat Raging Phoenix that is the fact it is a combination of Pyro Phoenix and Fire Phoenix @Ignister

I wish the link 4 treated itself as Pyro Phoenix while on field. So, u only have to run 1 of this and Pyro Phoenix and still trigger both their reincarnated effects

Aside from the main deck monsters introduced, the rest is generic fire support and greatly helps archetypes laval, flamvell, volcanics, and jurracs for example

As another comment pointed out that I will say here, the new spell card for Salamangreat ironically works better with another architype from the same packs, that being Volcanics being able to shuffle back cards like Scattershot or even Rimfire back into your deck, so I guess I'm adding that to my Volcanic deck instead of my Salamangreat deck.

I'm glad that Salamangreat are getting tuners. This means now you can also play the OTHER HORSE (Horse Prince) to summon your Gazelle or something else from the deck FOR FREE. Look at my horse, my horse is amazing!

The spell/traps clearly look like they're generic support for other fire decks more than for Salamangreat. Charge will be better for Volcanics because it just recycles the stuff you banished for Emperor (or the Scattershots you dumped to raigeki). The other trap card, idk yet, probably more useful somewhere else though.

Quick word salad analysis based on first look :

Salamangreat Weesel:
Pretty fair summoning requirement especially in prolonged game so unlikely to act as a brick.
The second effect is especially interesting as it lets you block major blowout cards like Gamma/Lightning Storm/Evenly Matched on top of Kashtira's and also nets you +1 in process so definitely a unit for deck. I suppose best target to currently SS for opponent would be Falco so you could always reset Salamangreat spell/trap from gy when it leaves opponents field.
Also always wanted to have Salamangreat tuner for Lavalval Salamander as it can draw you 2 for potentially no drawback if you got cards you want to dump anyway and extra face-down flip can also come up.

Salamangreat Teeger:
Discarding a card for its SS is acceptable in this deck but only in case if the effect makes up for its discard effect to SS it. Level 5 feels like a big miss here as it should have been just level 4 with same modulation effect so that you could firstly just normal summon it when needed and go for either the new synchro or actually have another material for Miragestallio. You could technically turn this into level 4 to go with any level 3 Salamangreat and make Lavalval Salamander for extra draws and then use Wheesel to go into Baroness or you could just level it up to 6 and use Jaguar/Mathmech to make Baroness but whether that's worth the investment/space is up to you.

Salamangreat Raging Phoenix:
The expected cover link Salamangreat which im not sure if you could call a boss monster as i really wanted the deck to have an in themed strong finisher that could replace the need to go into Accesscode. Even though it searches you any Salamangreat card which is great in its own regard, i would have much preferred if it were actually link-5 with more powerful effects and searched you a card on just initial link summon leaving your reincarnation summon for Sunlight Wolf.
The gy effect can definitely come up to either act as a beater or potentially save you from otk by acting like high attack Gorz but i feel like they should have let it pop a monster when summoned from gy and then add that monsters attack instead which would also give the new cards that SS from gy much more value and much needed extra monster interaction during either turn.
Overall would still play it just for the search but for such high link rating monster which takes your main gimmick and especially advertises the product on the cover it definitely leaves a bit more to be desired.

Salamangreat Burst Gryphon:
Was honestly looking forward the new synchro the most as it was pretty clear that were finally getting one to complete all extra deck mechanics and cant say im quite pleased as it feels like its meant much more for other fire decks in general rather than Salamangreats.
The level 8 kinda feels too steep for the deck as unless you're using Teeger you have no real consistent ways of making it and payoff just isn't there as only considerable target would probably be Gazelle which you probably have already used anyway. And reincarnation synchro effect doesn't feel too viable either as you literally have 0 in themed targets that interact with opponent in any way on their turn unless you maybe use Transcendence. You could dump Inferno Statue with Fire Ejection to reborn it on opponents turn but whether all that is even worth it is another matter.
Making it off of Gamma would probably be only way i would even consider running and even then that's 2 more spaces in already super tight extra deck.
Overall it feels like they're signaling incoming Fire King support with that 2nd effect.

Salamangreat Charge:
Pretty neat support piece for a change as you can either recover your materials which felt much needed sometimes when you are out of things like Spinny's or Balelynxe's and reborn something for link climbing at the same time. It being a quick play spell also makes 2nd effect much more appealing as it can act as a potential interaction during either turn.
Now the biggest use i see here is still leaving reincarnation link summon for Sunlight Wolf and then climbing up to Raging Phoenix through Heatleo which you can immediately revive and hard make another Raging Phoenix which would meet the condition for search effect and leave you with potential pop 4 with Rage assuming you already acquired the Roar with Sunlight Wolf.
For now its at least a 2 of for me and would even consider it as 3 of if there happens to be a consistent way of modulating attack during either turn as i wouldn't be afraid of opening multiples if i can use it as interruption next turn too.
Also goes really hard in Volcanics to pitch your Scattershots and bring back Rimfire.

Salamangreat Revive:
As far as Salamangreats are concerned the artwork is probably as much as it goes for this card in a deck that already reborns a ton and has no real in-themed interactions or effects from any of their gy summons so maybe last reveal will change this cards viability. It has one little application to recover something and change attack of your monster to make Charge pop live immediately during any moment so there could be a world where you could run this at 1.
If anything you can now actually get some payoff from Circle of Fire Kings as you can pop a fire monster to bring back something else alongside Raging Phoenix which will bring itself back upon destruction thus perhaps making it easier for you to achieve double reincarnation summon for Sunlight Wolf and Raging Phoenix.

Overall at least half of these cards are viable enough to run at few copies as they do plus you in few ways and at the very least strengthen the control aspect of this deck with extra card advantage which is this decks strongest side and its still too early to give a final verdict to all these cards as there is 1 more reveal left which might completely change our outlook on some of them.
The way they are trying to push these reborns feels like we might get a much needed interaction on summon from the last main deck monster or even an effect that greatly stuns the opponent which would kind of fit this decks playstyle and make all these reborn effects more viable.
Deck has already been competent enough and we knew that getting 7 cards and every single of them being really good was too much to ask for a playable enough deck so if at least half of this is useful then its a still a win for players ツ

Kinda wished the new Phoenix had the increasingly illusive "Always treated as" clause with Pyro Phoenix, which would have made for some pretty interesting play lines.

- Wheesel is nice, level 3 that can special summon itself rather easily, and works well with Fusion of fire as said, altho not the best play imo. I think the best way to go about it would be to summon Sunlight Wolf, summon a salad with Wheesel's effect to Wolf's up arrow to trigger its effect to recycle and draw you a card, and then use Mirage's floating effect to bounce back the summoned monster to your hand. That way you recycle two monsters and draw you a card, instead of just recycling one with the regular Jaguar revive. Also bonus points for just being very cute

- Teeger's summoning is even better i would say, no need for prior setup and sets up your future plays by discarding stuff like Foxy, Spinny or Jaguar, while also triggering Gazelle. The fact that it can modulate its level to level 6 is nice as it means you can make Baronne de Fleur with Salamangreat now, you just need a level 4 to go along, most likely Jaguar. You can also just reduce its level to 4 to facilitate Bagooska plays. It can also be searched with Formud Skipper since it's a level 5, which is a cute tech. Also a pretty good card imo

- Burst Gryphon is uuuh, not very good. At least in Salads. It's easy to make, and then easy to "reincarnate" with its first effect but the payoff is mediocre, not only do you get locked into fire for the rest of the turn but when it comes to Salamangreat itself you don't really have any target that's worth the investment imo. Unless you somehow manage to get the fire Barrier Statue in the GY ? Considering there's not restriction on the monster you can summon with this effect, i'm sure people will find ways to abuse this card. Now i can definitely see it being played in other fire decks, generic materials, and it's not restricted to Salad monsters on both of its revival effects. Soo maybe in decks like Laval, Fire Fist, etc ? I'm not very knowledgeable on fire synchro decks

- Raging Phoenix is okay, being able to search any Salad card is great. I do wish its link rating was lower, like maybe a Link 3 but at the same time, with the number of extenders Salad has, summoning this card shouldn't be too hard either. Now yes, you need to reincarnate this card to get the search and considering it's only once per turn with Sanctuary, you have to pass on the Sunlight Wolf reincarnation. But is that an issue ? If you want your Rage so badly, you can just search it with this card and pop up to 4 cards during your opponent's turn, and as of Roar, it can set itself from the GY when you reincarnate anyway. Another amazing search with this card would be Will, as it could allow you to special summon up to 4 Salads by targeting Raging, which is huge. You could then just hard reincarnate Wolf and get your trap recycling anyway like you wanted. I think it's alright, altho i definitely would have preferred to get an actual boss monster, not a oversized searcher with a slow and mediocre ATK boost effect

- Charge is okay, ig ? Being able to recycle your links and banished cards like Spinny and Bale is nice, but as pointed, this card is overall a worse Will when it comes to the revival effect. The other effect to pop a card is okay, Rage is overall better since it does more while not requiring as much setup making the card a bit irrelevant, but since it's not restricted to Salad monsters you can use it with Heatsoul for example if you end on the Heatsoul + Transcode board which is nice. Other than that, it's a pretty mediocre card imo. At least in Salads, because when it comes to other decks like Volcanics, this card is pretty good, revives from the GY while recycling your "ammo" after it was banished to summon Emperor or negate with Inferno, that's cool, and i'm sure it can see use in other fire decks. Just like Burst Gryphon, it's good in anything except the deck it's meant to be for, sad

- Revive i think is the worst card, again, worst than Will and Charge as a revival, so you're better off pitching it with Gazelle but then again, that's only "good" going second. Ig it does give you more OTK potential while recycling a card but let's be real, you're better off just going into Accesscode using Update Jammer. Oh and yes, it enables Charge's pop effect but again, a lot of set up when you can just use Rage.

All in all, i think the support is decent, at least when it comes to the monsters, well apart from Burst Gryphon. Opening Salads to Synchros definitely gives new opportunities to the strategy which i think is cool. The S/Ts on the other hand are just very underwhelming to me, they feel like worse versions of cards we already have. Now i really hope the last card they announce is good, hopefully it's an actual boss monster with protection or disruption, and i also hope they release Gazelle in the upcoming banlist (come on Konami it's not 2019 anymore, just release the fucking thing. Oh and Harp Horror and Knightmare Mermaid too, i think Orcust also deserves to be freed, both decks got mad powercrept). If they do, along with this support, maybe we can see Salad return as a decent rogue deck

You can use Teeger to get into either Savage or Baron which is pretty cool. The link 4 seems pretty good, but having to invest so much material into it is unfortunate. Being able to search Will and activate what is essentially a soul charge is hilarious though. At least with the new support Salads end board of a nibiru token will be a lot beefier and harder to get over.

Interesting the Salamangreat Synchro is a Gryphon (reminds me of Windy using avian monsters like Griffins, as well as being defeated by the Synchro Monster of Revolver). And I never noticed this until the reveal of Burst Gryphon, but a lot of the Salamangreat monsters that are Special Summoned are somewhat creatures of flight: Burst Gryphon, Emerald Eagle,
Blaze Dragon (Miragestallio has flame wings & Violet Chimera has somewhat of flaming wing-blades;), and Pyro & Raging Phoenix {and Heatleo sorta has like wing-like armor}

For me the only good things to come from this support are the level 3 special summon from hand/GY and Raging Phoenix being able to add any Salamangreat card to your hand.
However, needing to make a Link 4 and relink it to add a Salamangreat card is just asking for alot. Salamangreat should always be able to play around with their deck without going through too much effort. And Raging Phoenix is a bit too much if you ask me. They applied the design of all other cyberse decks (wich is special summon, special summon, special summon and special summon) to Salamangreat. Wich was never its design to begin with and keeps on asking to lose to Nibiru.

If the new phoenix had an effect like "this cards name is treated as pyro phoenix on field and in the graveyard", maybe a tech of using salamangreat transcendence and 1 copy of pyro phoenix wouldve been a thing, but alas.

omg dude i haven't played Yugioh since a little after dragunitys came out and mained it for awhile and placed 26th at my regionals (which was bs btw i was 9-1 but apparently my opponent's lost alot so i didn't get more points and was off 1 place from to the next step cant remember what's after regionals lol) but anyway we use to watch you religiously for updates and more, so happy to know you are still going strong i wanna say you have like 2k followers or less you deserve way more keep up the great work!!!
