Wanted to share how I make a keto pizza 🍕 I know your dad will love ❤️ it..
Chicken Crust Pizza nut free and flourless

* 1 pound ground chicken
* 1 pound ground Italian sausage
* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
* 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon italian seasoning (optional)
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combined. Form chicken/Italian sausage mixture into a ball.

Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray, pizza pan or pizza stone. Press chicken mixture out onto the parchment paper to form a pizza crust shape that is about 1/2 inch thick.

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Add your favorite pizza toppings. Broil on high to melt the cheese on the toppings until bubbly.

You can top your chicken crust pizza with any of your favorite pizza toppings. Here are some of my favorites that are keto approved:
* pepperoni
* salami
* sausage
* bacon
* brie cheese
* blue cheese
* pancetta
* olives
* mushroom
* bell pepper
* red onion
* basil
* pesto
* artichoke hearts

I know this video was basic for you but I loved it and appreciate you taking the time to record it. Thanks Neisha!

It is so refreshing to see you buying foods that I can actually find in my area! And it’s not “panda massaged, grass finished” meats, just normal and affordable. Thank you so much for sharing! 💕

I love liverwurst. I will make Chaffles and have a liverwurst sandwich with ground mustard and sometimes add a slice of onion!

I really appreciate your making this video. I appreciate that you and Dr. Berry eat "regular food" for your keto. Our family simply can't afford to buy grass fed beef or goat cheese. 🧀 I appreciate your being down to Earth. 🌎

Your home looks gorgeous and lived in. I am glad you and Dr. Berry make success look so normal and not unachievably glamorous.

For supper last night, my sweet wife made me some liver and red onions fried in butter. It was good. Best I've ever had.

I hadn't had chicken livers in years and remembered how my mom used to make them. Fried chicken livers with scrambled eggs and homemade tangy taco sauce. I ketofied her recipes and made them fit for keto. It was how she got myself and all my siblings to eat chicken livers and to this day we all still love them.

Thanks Neisha! I had to stop partway through to go watch your chicken liver pate video. Never thought of using cognac - yum. I have a challenge with my local grocery (N. CA) in that they can be sloppy when butchering the chicken livers and they sometimes come with green in them which I have read is from the bile duct and is nasty bitter. I usually just toss them if I get them that way. Yours looked perfect. I also just picked up 50 pounds (omg) of grass-fed ground beef from a local N. CA rancher, Prather Ranch. They have a special that reduces it to 5.99 a pound. Now I am looking for more ways to eat ground beef. 🤣 My German Shepherd is also a carnivore so she'll get some of it too.

Hello I’m so thankful I found you and Dr Berry!! I’m on a journey to heal my body I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes about 7 years ago I have tired so many things to control it with vegan juicing fasting detox but this year a came across carnivore keto and I believe this IS what I have been looking for 💗🙏 Thank You!!!

Chicken livers since I was a little kid, I get the same eggs since I no longer have fresh and chicken thighs are my fav too. I'm making homemade cream of mushroom with chicken thighs tonight.

I am loving Gouda, gruyere and swiss for my chaffles. I love chicken gizzards and hearts. So cheap. Just clean, season and pressure cook. Add some xanthan gum for a nice gravy over celery root mash or cauliflower rice and cheese. I fell off the keto wagon. Am getting back on and focusing on ketovore. We all need less this coming cold season!

I would love to see how you cook up the chicken livers. As a southerner that grew up south of Nashville, I loved them fried like my mom made.

A great video, Neisha. Thank you. I’m looking forward to looking up your pate as well as your Keto “Panko” recipe. Do you have a Smart Food Service near you? They have great sales for whole ribeye roasts. I totally understand the “quick in & out” method for the kitchen. We’re out in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, a good hour from a local grocery store. Repackaging everything, breaking down the proteins myself and so forth works for us...and yes, possessing multiple freezers with energy redundancy is key. I can a lot of my proteins for even quicker “in & out” recipes. I would like to recommend a new Carnivore tortilla that I’m using right now to as Carnivore enchiladas but I can definitely see your Dad using them for pizza crusts. Just blend a few ounces of beef or chicken with a few eggs in your blender until smooth. Add some seasonings if you like but then, just pour the batter onto a hot, dry comal (or cast iron skillet). Flip as many times as you want until they’ve achieved the color you want. Make a lot and freeze them in a baggie, making sure to layer parchment paper. I made my enchiladas with beef mince, added some butter and dredged the “tortillas” in the hot, bubbling taco-flavored drippings until they were pliable. I filled some with a blend of grated cheeses and some with the taco meat and cheese. I then topped them with more meat and cheese before adding a few slices of American cheese. I’d made a late but too-filling lunch yesterday of long-braised chicken gizzards finished with butter and was too full to enjoy the enchiladas last night. Which is fine...as I had time to pull out several tiny containers of frozen avocado to make a quick batch of crispy bacon-laced guacamole.

I make new food every day, from roasted prawns in chili butter to seared ribeyes or just plain, thick burger patties topped with melted cheese. Carnivore has been a very natural transition from Keto for me.

As for the livers, we both adore braunsweiger and pâtés with cheese. My favorite preparation for chicken livers is simply to use a hot cast iron skillet, add bacon drippings and when the fat is shimmering. I turn off the heat, add the livers and cover the pan immediately 95% of the way to prevent popping grease splatter. I cook mine about two (2) minutes. The trapped steam will continue to cook them. A tablespoon of butter finishes the sauce and you now have something truly delicious to enjoy with a poached or frizzled egg.
