Legal question here. Since the investigation of numerous crimes seems like it will take forever to complete, can't they indict him now for those crimes prosecutors have enough evidence for, and then tack on additional charges later? Or do they need to complete all investigations before indicting? Clock is ticking before it's too close to the elections to indict.
