if youre picking herbs they have the highest oil concentrations in the flowers and leaves in the morning and full sun can make the oils retreat to the stems

Forget about sun-gazing for me. I've tried it a few times and I'll just say that I respect the sun and won't gazed at it way too strong for my eyes, plus I live in sunny Florida....lol...today for instance just going outside for 5 mins makes you feel exhausted...
