Composition is major key! Not only in photography though some of your tips can definitely apply in various fields. I'm an illustrator (not the correct label but I'll take it) and it can still take me AGES to find the perfect comp: I imagine all sorts of angles, perspective, where am I going to place my light, etc. Yup. Composition is a whole science to itself.

Totally agree on the framing! Framing adds so much more depth and interest into the image and it is really suitable to any photography genre and I mean any!

That is why i enjoy iphoneography! You focus more on framing and composition as opposed to worrying about all the technical aspects! Great for beginners

You might say that when someone is great at photo/video composition, people call it having a "good eye", but really it's all about taking a quick look around and using what is available instead of taking a random, boring shot, just to get it over with.
