In 1872 photographer Eadweard Muybridge used high speed photography to freeze the movement of galloping horses. Now over a 100 years later, Dr Adam Kirrander and his team are using the same principles to freeze the rapid motion of electrons.

5 years later but just gotta say how beautiful this video is. The sound and design work really comes together to give it an amazing ambiance, well done!

Yes very interesting. Atoms are "fuzzy" and electrons are both there and here at the same time. To "capture" their position as the observer you are of course making the decision. 
You seem to be close to understanding - you still call it "photosynthesis"  when it is electrosynthesis - all life not just plants, the difference between plants and us is production of Cholesterol, Vitamin D3, Q10 and other vitals. 
Life - "is water dancing to the tune of solids". The Universe is electric.
