I like mine so much that my old "name brand antique" anvils are in storage now. The 66lb size is plenty for forging knives and small to midsized projects, while also being portable enough for traveling work. Like farrier work for example.

I would love to see them make a larger london style anvil in the 132lbs range with the 55 hrc similar to the newer black anvil they came out with, could be a great seller as long as the quality is held to the better standard

Bought one and very happy with the price and quality of the one I received loud ring but that shows it good steel
. The sound can be lowered by silicone it down and maybe a chain around it .

fair enough review but if I could give you a word of advice it would be unless the is a reason not to you should balance your audio so it isnt dominant on one ear over the other.
